4. Shipping and Delivery

4.2 Shipping costs are clearly stated at checkout and depend on the delivery address and selected shipping method.
4.3 Koality Goods is not responsible for any delays, loss, or damage during transit. Once the order has been handed over to the carrier, the responsibility lies with the customer.

5.1 Customers have the right to return or exchange products within 14 days of receipt, provided that the products are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
5.2 The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt.
